Rudy Byler has been constructing and developing properties for over 40 years, with over $150 million in completed projects to his credit.
Mr. Byler has spent his entire professional life in construction—growing his family owned company, Pacific North Enterprises into the industry leader it is today.
Mr. Byler is a licensed general contractor skilled in contractor management, maritime contractor management, all aspects of horizontal and vertical construction, real estate development, as well as city council and planning commission presentations.
In the role of an owner/developer, Mr. Byler brings to bare his extensive experience overseeing projects from concept through completion, to insure the success of each and every undertaking.
Mr. Byler now brings his decades worth of expertise to his position at PNE Capital Management.
JEFF BYLER
When assigned the task of growing a company, Jeff Byler has proven more than once in his career, just how well suited he is for the job.
Mr. Byler brings many valuable skills and character traits to his position at PNE Capital Management. He is a business leader credited with starting, growing, and managing companies through integrity, discernment, and dedication.
From 2010-2014, Mr. Byler served as president of Slimrock, a multinational stone company based out of Arkansas. During his tenure, he presided over a quarry acquisition that produced an additional $15M in revenue over a three year period of time. He also successfully orchestrated the company’s growth from 21 employees to over 70.
Mr. Byler has also spent many years working in the construction industry alongside his family. With additional experience in the marketing and sales of residential home developments.
